Fixed written scope and quote before any work. 50% to begin, 50% after your approval and before launch. Monthly plans cancel any time. You own everything after final payment. We do not guarantee rankings, because no one honestly can.
SoluWeb provides website design and development, Google Business Profile review and cleanup, lead-capture and follow-up setup, review workflows, tracking, and related services. Every project receives a written scope and fixed quote before work begins. The written scope controls what is included.
Website Launch: 50% to begin, 50% after you approve the finished website and before launch. Local Lead System: $497 per month, billed at the start of each cycle, month to month. Cancel any time before the next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle. Setup work already performed is not refundable.
After final payment you own your domain, website files, written content, Google Business Profile, analytics accounts, tracking accounts, and business data. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, and processes. Third-party subscriptions are listed before work begins and are billed to you directly by those providers.
Accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and content you have the legal right to use (photos, logos, text, licenses). You are responsible for the accuracy of claims about your own business, including licensing, insurance, and service areas.
We improve the factors we can control and we show you the numbers. No one can guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic volume, lead count, or revenue, and we do not. Results depend on demand, competition, pricing, reviews, service quality, response time, advertising, and other factors outside our control.
AI assistants answer only from information you approve. You review and approve the assistant's knowledge before launch and may change it at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you approve.
We build review-request workflows for genuine customers using consistent eligibility rules. We do not buy, write, or edit reviews, we do not gate negative customers away from public review platforms, and we do not guarantee a rating.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
