We collect only what you send us through the audit form or messages. We use it to review your business and deliver your audit. We never sell it, and we delete it on request.
When you request an audit we collect what you type: business name, website or Google listing URL, the email address or phone number you want the audit sent to, and optionally what kind of jobs you want more of. We also record technical information such as the page you submitted from, referring URL, UTM campaign values, and a timestamp.
If you call, text, or email us, we keep that correspondence.
To review your business, record and deliver your audit, respond to your questions, prepare a scope if you ask for one, and deliver services you hire us for. We do not sell or rent your information.
Agreeing to receive your audit is separate from agreeing to marketing. Marketing consent is optional, unchecked by default, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
Some conversations on this site, and on websites we build for clients, may be handled by an AI assistant. The assistant answers from approved business information and collects contact details so a human can follow up. Conversations may be reviewed by us or the business you contacted, to improve answers and to respond to you. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
We send SMS only to people who provided a mobile number and asked to be contacted. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
We use analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, general location, device type, and which campaign brought you here. We do not use advertising trackers unless disclosed here.
Audit and correspondence information is kept while it is useful for serving you, and deleted on request.
Email hello@soluwebtech.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
