We text only people who gave us their number and asked to be contacted. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Carrier rates may apply. We never sell your number.
You will only receive automated text messages from SoluWeb, or from a business using a SoluWeb-built system, if you provided your mobile number and either requested contact (for example, by submitting a quote or audit request) or have an existing service relationship with that business.
Audit delivery and clarification, lead confirmations, appointment or quote follow-ups, missed-call responses, and review requests. Marketing messages are only sent with separate, explicit marketing consent.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@soluwebtech.com. Opting out of texts does not affect the service you purchased.
Frequency varies by workflow. Lead and audit confirmations are transactional and sent as needed. Review requests are sent once per completed job, with at most one reminder.
Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. SoluWeb does not charge you for receiving messages. Clients on the Local Lead System receive up to 500 automated messages per month; additional usage is billed at the messaging provider's direct cost.
